How to Prioritize: Using the Prioritize Tool, setting priorities is simple and easy.
1) Enter the tasks to be completed, rate each task on a scale of 1 to 10 (1=least, 10=most)
    against each criteria (Urgency, Interest, Importance, Long Term Impact).
     ET / AT = Estimated Time / Actual Time (mins).
