Quick Tips and Techniques
These are the quick tips and techniques for success,
which take a very short time to use, and increase the results and effectiveness
dramatically. Many of the techniques will take less than a minute. Try and find
out which ones work best for you. Not everything may make sense to you. Not everything
may work for you. Sometimes you may have to use the combinations or modifications
of them. But remember this- your performance, effectiveness and efficiency depends
on your state of mind at the moment. When you practice these quick tips and techniques,
they will help you to get to that state of mind instantaneously. You can get into
action, be creative or relax immediately. When needed, you just have to use
one or two of these techniques to get the results instantaneously.

Just work for 10 minutes on each: This
is a wonderful technique that takes the pressure off of you if you are stressed
by having to do too many things or if you are uninterested in doing something, but
you know it needs to be done. Pick the tasks, jot them down, and write 10 next to
each item. Start working on each for 10 minutes. Complete whatever you can during
that period. Repeat the cycle if you want. The thought of working only 10 minutes
reduces stress and increases productivity. (After you start a task, if you get interested
you can work more than 10 minutes)
Mini goals and mini rewards: Do you remember
a time when you were excited about something and so, you were able to accomplish
many things in a short period of time? Imagine that, your favorite item from your
wish list will arrive at your door as soon as you complete something. Won’t you
think, you are motivated now to complete the task as soon as possible? Create list
of 4-5 mini goals, pre plan a small reward (a new toy, a movie, a computer game,
a dinner night). Reward yourself when you mark off all the mini goals.
Breathe in – hold – breathe out: To relax
and to increase energy, try this: Sit or stand comfortably. Breathe in deep - Hold
the breath and count up to 20 - Breathe out deeper. Do this 5 times and you feel
better immediately. Practice this positive habit two times a day and it will improve
your health and energy.
Meditation: Once practiced, you can meditate
to find solutions, to get creative ideas, to visualize the successful achievement
of your goals, or just to relax and soothe your mind and body. You can do a quick
meditatation (4-5 minutes) or as long as you like.
Anchors: You can combine meditation with
anchors to supercharge your mental and emotional energies. One example we learnt
